Returns or Exchanges
If you change your mind for any reason please contact us within 3 days of having received your order. E-mail us. No refund on bespoke orders once the order has been produced as they are made specially for you.
You can mail the item back to us in the original packaging at your expense for an alternative or a refund. We are sorry but we cannot refund the original shipping charge.
Breakages & Ciscrepancies
In the rare event of an item arriving broken or where there are incorrect items or items missing from your order, please contact us immediately either by e-mail or call +353 87 6265974 and we will help you immediately.
If something is broken we will request a photograph of the damage. The easiest way is to e-mail a digital picture to email@example.com or post it to: Customer Services Caimileon Studio, Tarrea, Ballinderreen, Co. Galway, H91T6NN.
You must notify us within 2 days of having received a damaged or incorrect order.
Cancelling an order
The order may be cancelled before the order has been dispatched. You can e-mail us or phone us on +353 87 6265974.
Shipping & Collection
There are options to get art work delivered by specialists, although the cost would often surpass the price of the item. I have found other options of delivery, including delivery by myself, this will have to be arranged individually. To find the best method to bring a larger glass piece or a framed artwork to you, please contact me. (Email/phone)Collection at my studio is possible at a time that suits you, please get in touch.
